A Hotel Built on

The Velour was conceived as an antidote to the ordinary — a place where every corridor tells a story, where the morning light lands just so, and where the warmth of genuine hospitality has never been outsourced to a script.

Each of our 24 rooms has been individually designed, drawing on a lexicon of Georgian detail, mid-century restraint, and the textural richness of the English countryside. We are, in every sense, handmade.
